After getting your order confirmed, the delivery will be done through our SUITMAN (Door-to-door) service ( This service is subject to area restrictions, please click here for more info ), an suit specialist who will be happy to do the fitting with you face-to-face and will take care of the alterations to make sure a perfectly fitted garment for our customers.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE ALTERATION ?
It will take 1-2 business days. And you can choose to collect it in our showroom or we local courier it to you.
IS THERE ANY CHARGE FOR THE ALTERATION ?
Alteration of Lengths (Sleeves / Pants) are Free-of-Charge.
*Jacket Length alteration is subject to limited charges.
Other areas of alterations will be subject to limited charges. And the amount incurred will be settled in a form of cash or bank transfer prior to picking up / delivering your altered garment.
WHAT IF I STILL DON'T SATISFY WITH THE FIT AFTER ALTERATION?
We provide 100% Fit Guarantee, and are confidence with our skills and workmanship, however, if this is really the case, please bring the garment to our showroom, we will fix it for you free-of-charge.
