SUITMAN (Door-to-door) Delivery

WHAT IS THE SUITMAN (DOOR-TO-DOOR) SERVICE ?

Suit Artisan's Suit Specialist will do the delivery in person to your door step after receiving your order. The designated personnel will become your personal stylist and handle all the fitting / alteration works for you upon delivery. You just have to sit back, relax, and wait for your product.  

> For purchase done via our Online Store : All you need to do is to provide us your correct email address, phone no., delivery address and select your desired delivery time on our check out page after the payment is done. Our customer support will call you to double confirm all the information within one hour. 

> For purchase done via direct Whatsapp : Confirm with us your name, delivery address and contact phone no. in whatsapp. Settle the payment by bank transfer and whatsapp us the receipt, once the payment is confirmed, then we will do the delivery within 24 hours.  

Within the MTR coverage areas  香港地鐵站沿線地方	SUITMAN (Door-to-door) Service
NOT within the MTR coverage areas 不在香港地鐵 站沿線地方  e.g. 離島，西貢，村屋等 (請與客戶服務聯絡查詢)	Local Courier Delivery 本地速遞公司派送 or Come to our SHOWROOM in Jordan to make cash purchase and fitting service [ with appointment ]

 

DOES THE SUITMAN (DOOR-TO-DOOR) SERVICE AVAILABLE TO ALL AREAS IN HONG KONG ?

Well, No at this stage, we regret that the SUITMAN (Door-to-door) service CAN ONLY BE PROVIDED to the areas that are: 

> AREAS THAT ARE WITHIN THE MTR COVERAGE

Areas like the Island Districts, Sai Kung and all the village house areas are not in our serviced scope.

However, for customers outside the serviced area, we will send the your order through trackable local courier. And our Customer Support will contact you to specifically follow up your order.
