WHAT KIND OF WARRANTY IS THIS ?
Suit Artisan lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, regardless of the age of the product,we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered (here means alteration by anyone other than Suit Artisan), and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged.
IS NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR COVERED BY WARRANTY ?
No it does not. Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use. Regardless of how carefully you use, or how well you care for your Suit Artisan product, it will eventually begin to show age and wear. Common examples of wear and tear that would not be covered under the lifetime warranty include colors fading, abrasions on the fabric surface, seam breakage and general breakdown of the materials over the years.
> Examples of Manufacturing Defects that will be covered:
- Stitching defect that inhibits your ability to use the product
- Straight edge tear along a seam
- Buttons loosening / come off
- Zipper malfunctions
> Examples of Wear and Tear that will not be covered:
- Colour Fading / UV Sun Damage
- Garment and material breakdown due to improper washing
- Tears in the middle of the fabric (not along seam)
- Tears caused by crash and wreck
HOW DO I SEND MY PRODUCT IN FOR REPAIR ?
Please take a pictures of the problem areas and send it us via whatsapp or facebook messager so that our technician can have a preliminary evaluation to the situation. In case of a need of repairing, please do it through the following methods:
- Pass it to us in our showroom
- Courier the garment to the below address

**Each situation is different and it is up to the discretion of Suit Artisan International Limited to determine the lifespan of the product and whether a product has a Manufacturing Defect or if it is suffering wear and tear.
**Reminder : Having your item altered, modified, repaired or embroidered by anyone other than Suit Artisan will void the warranty.
